Welcome back to The Digital Minimalist.
Each week, I share practical tips and tools to help you stay productive in our cluttered and distracting world.
Transform Your iPhone Dock into a Command Center
Our very first guest, Tinyblocks, shares his viral iPhone setup that lets you change your home screen with one tap for different activities.

Learn more about the setup and how you can replicate it on your own phone.
Hide the App Store on Your iPhone
Did you know you can hide the App Store on your phone?
This trick is perfect if you find yourself constantly deleting and reinstalling social media apps or if you’re always downloading shiny new apps hoping they’ll finally solve your problems.

Simply go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases. Tap on Installing Apps and select Don’t Allow.

7-Day No Social Media Experiment
I’m currently on Day 2 of my no social media week. I’ll be sharing my full experience in a dedicated article next week.
So, what are my initial thoughts?
There’s always a small buffer of time between activities, such as after lunch, that used to be filled with mindless scrolling. I’ve been replacing that time with playing my keyboard, solving a Rubik’s Cube, stretching, or sometimes just doing nothing.
As a content creator, I’m still sharing posts through scheduling tools. But I’ve noticed this itch, the curiosity of not knowing what people thought or commented. At the same time, there’s a weird calmness in not being affected by others’ opinions on what I choose to share.
Looking forward to unpack more insights with you next week.
