I found an app to stop binge-watching YouTube
The perfect app for bookmarking and organizing videos for watch later.
Welcome back to The Digital Minimalist
Each week, I share actionable tips to help you stay productive in our cluttered, distracting world.
A better approach to mindful consumption
Have you felt frustrated while choosing what to watch, only to end up making a mediocre choice?
Are you watching YouTube or Netflix just for the sake of watching something?
The problem isn’t a lack of content.
It’s the overwhelming number of options combined with the unnecessary pressure to make a quick decision to avoid “wasting time.”
This decision paralysis often leaves us feeling worse, whether we found something worth watching or not.
A better approach is to gradually build a collection of movies and videos based on recommendations from friends and our network.
Play is a companion app for YouTube that helps you bookmark and organize videos to watch later.

Play's start screen, video list, and video details page
It’s only available for Apple users, which if you are you will be glad it works across iPhone, Mac, and Apple TV.
If you want to learn how I use this app for more mindful consumption of YouTube, read the full post below.

Quote of the Week
“I make myself rich by making my wants few.”
There is always something more, but choosing to be content is a choice.
I hope you enjoyed this issue, and I will talk to you soon next week.
